About Us

Pacific Office Equipment has been serving the office needs of Port Angeles and the North Olympic Peninsula since 1965 and, as part of that legacy, we here at POE IT are continuing to serve the needs of our community in the ever growing field of IT. As of 2025 we have transitioned from a break-fix model to a Managed Service Provider (MSP) allowing us to not just help customers with their current problems but also address future ones before they arise so they can be confident in running smoothly and securely in the future. To accomplish this we  provide remote and in-person support, 24/7 remote system monitoring, and backup services.

We here at POE IT are proud of our quick and reliable response times as our customers can attest to. We won’t leave you hanging on hold for hours to get anything done. We are also proud to provide HIPAA compliant support to several medical businesses helping keep them and their patients’ data safe and secure.
